The information you enter into our system becomes ours, the content you receive from our system is yours to use.

You can use the content you receive from MàiContent.com however you like for your online marketing and messaging – that’s the point of the service. But the information you enter into the system, as well as the IP and proprietary methods used to collect and generate your content, are the exclusive property of MàiContent.com.

You are subscribing to a monthly service, thru which you receive the results of our exclusive, proprietary AI automations and optimizations, in the form of daily seed content tailored to your own individual or business preferences. Currently, legal rights to AI content are a bit fuzzy, but essentially yours by default. We own the data and processing that goes into creating your seed content.

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the service.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing MàiContent.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
Third-party Services: By accessing or using MàiContent.com, you acknowledge the use of external services such as OpenAi.com, Stripe.com and others, and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the EULA, Policies, and/or Terms & Conditions of these services. MàiContent.com has no other affiliation or connection to the external services, and cannot offer any support for them.
Service Description: MàiContent.com provides advanced automations to proactively generate AI-assisted seed content to help users with online marketing activities.
Delivery: Selected content will be generated dynamically and daily for the entire term of the paid subscription. All generated content is sent by email and available in the user dashboard. However, due to the variability of email delivery, we can only guarantee daily content is available in the user dashboard.
Cancelation and Refunds: Users have the right to cancel their subscription to MàiContent.com at any time. However, there are no refunds for any unused portion of the subscription or for any fees already paid.
Ownership and Intellectual Property: MàiContent.com retains all rights, ownership, and intellectual property related to the solution, services, and all data entered into our system. Seed content generated during the subscription period is yours to use; though it is an open question as to where that content falls within current US copyright law.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: The content generated by artificial intelligence (AI), including but not limited to text, images, and other media, on MàiContent.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) platforms or services is for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated content is created using advanced language models and machine learning algorithms which are fundamentally agnostic and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of MàiContent.com. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no explicit or implicit warranties regarding the completeness, correctness, lack of bias, or consistency of the AI-generated content. Users are advised to exercise their own discretion and judgment while using this content, and should not solely rely on AI content for making critical decisions, whether personal, commercial, or otherwise. Users who choose to use AI-generated content for commercial purposes or in any way that may involve copyright-protected materials are solely responsible for determining and obtaining the necessary permissions and complying with copyright laws and other applicable regulations.
